About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual with previous experience in the Real Estate Industry to join our team as a “Commercial Leasing Officer”. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow within the commercial real estate sector.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a current Real Estate License, a valid Driver's License, and have access to your own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing process from initial inquiries to signed contracts
- Conduct property tours and tenant screenings to ensure the selection of high-quality, reliable tenants
- Negotiate favourable lease terms and conditions to successfully close high-value deals and drive business growth
- Preparing Lease Agreements and other required documentation
- Confidently communicate with relevant stakeholders, such as Landlords, Tenants, Lawyers & Builders etc.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in the property industry, either complete or near completion
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the property industry
- Experience in commercial leasing or property management
- A collaborative team player with a positive, results-driven attitude
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office essential) with the ability to pick up new systems easily - knowledge of Cirrus8 is an advantage

Remuneration: Package consisting of Base Salary + Super + Motor Vehicle Allowance + Company Phone
