About the role

Chase Commercial is inviting an enthusiastic Commercial Sales & Leasing professional to join our dynamic team based in Brisbane City Fringe. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to work in the Brisbane Metro Area and be part of an established and successful real estate firm. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the leasing and sales of commercial properties across Brisbane.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new sales and leasing leads through networking and cold-calling
• Negotiating and securing the sale or lease of commercial properties
• Conducting market research and property appraisals
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and other industry stakeholders
• Preparing detailed reports and proposals for clients
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
• Attending industry events and networking functions

What we're looking for

• Several years' experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Brisbane commercial property market
• Valid real estate licence
