What will you be doing in this role:
The perfect career move from residential sales, leasing or new business professional that is looking for a fresh challenge, your weekends back and a brilliant team culture. You will focus on the leasing of industrial and commercial assets across Western Sydney.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Manage client relationships and negotiations
- Recommend floorplans and layouts to maximise returns
- Develop strategies to market properties to drive quality tenant inquiry
- Conduct property inspections
- Coordinate lease agreements and liaison with solicitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings
- Convert leads and qualify inquiry
- Work with the sales team to cross sell client opportunities
The right candidate will have:
- Proven track record prospecting for clients in real estate
- Ability to build relationships and create a pipeline of clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- NSW drivers licence and reliable car
- A Class 2 real estate license
- The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and good financial acumen
- Ambitious and hungry to grow your skills and income
