You will be joining a dedicated, energetic team where each day will bring you something new and exciting as we work together to support the Rural Fire Service, its members, and the communities of NSW. We can promise you will never be bored and have plenty of opportunities to make your mark in this dynamic and pivotal role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to build strong relationships.
  • Be confident in your ability to take initiative and creatively problem-solve.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Have intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new programs and systems.
  • Be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work.
  • Have the ability to use discretion and sound judgement to work independently.
