As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a superstar EA / Team Admin to join our team and keep our office running smoothly!
About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, efficiency, and being the go-to person for all things admin. You will provide executive support, HR administration, office management, and team coordination while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Executive Assistance & Office Management
- Managing executive diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Handling confidential administrative tasks with discretion
- Implementing and streamlining office procedures
- HR & People Support
- Managing HR documentation and recruitment processes
- Overseeing staff onboarding and HR calendar management
- Organising training events and internal functions
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Assisting with sales meetings, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinating promotional materials, branded collateral, and newsletters
- Managing social media updates and website content
- Compliance & Reporting
- Supporting health & safety incident investigations and reporting
- Ensuring office compliance processes are met
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong administration and executive support experience
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills – written & verbal
- Experience in the construction industry is a big PLUS!
