Work Hours: Mon-Fri 04:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Description:

• Tailoring meat cuts and packaging to meet customer demands.
• Efficient and precise handling of various meat types.
• Adhering to hygiene and quality control standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workspace.
• Operating Saw Machine and Slice Machine for precise meat cutting.
• Managing stock and maintaining inventory records.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with machinery operation and technical skills required.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.

Desirable Qualities:

• Qualifications in meat processing.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in stock management.
