Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll provide critical back-end support to ensure smooth sales operations, manage key customer relationships, and help us drive continued growth. You’ll be responsible for handling orders, managing sales data, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring their needs are addressed and relationships are nurtured.
  2. Market Insights: Gather and organise customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights to the team.
  3. Sales Coordination: Build and maintain customer profiles and records, and generate timely sales reports.
  4. Document Management: Ensure all customer-related documents such as agreements, contracts, and sales records are organised and up to date.
  5. Process Improvement: Help streamline internal sales processes, and assist in refining company policies and procedures to enhance team efficiency.
  6. Quotations & Contracts: Support the team in preparing quotes, contracts, and issuing invoices.
  7. Logistics Support: Assist in managing import/export processes, including customs clearance and related tasks.
  8. Additional Support: Provide general administrative assistance as required by the Sales Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  3. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  4. Attention to Detail: Highly organised, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  5. Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work.
  6. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using office software and various business tools.
  7. Work Ethic: Reliable, patient, and eager to contribute to the success of the team and company.
