Home Fires - The Fan Man is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Minto, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
• Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Achieving individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in a retail sales or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
