Antegra Leppington is Sydney’s Premier Lifestyle Community for over 50’s comprising of some 225 homes plus an extensive range of resort-style recreation/leisure facilities (championship bowling green, 25 metre lap pool, fully-equipped gymnasium, hair salon, massage therapist, cinema, arts & craft studio, hobby workshop, +) set in 10.9 hectares of professionally landscaped grounds at Leppington in South-West Sydney.

The business is privately owned with a small team of 6-8 permanent staff plus various additional contractors. The position is based on site, in a resort-like environment with free secure parking available. Working hours are 38 hours/week from Monday to Friday.

The role encompasses all aspects of the financial/administrative functions of the business including:

• Property/asset management
• Rent roll
• Salaries/Wages
• Accounts receivable/payable
• Budgeting & Reporting
• Compliance

Reporting directly to the property owners, the role offers a large degree of autonomy.

Candidates require:

• a degree in Commerce/Accounting with small business experience;
• an understanding of legislation and legal principles;
• strong competency with business technology systems, particularly Office 365, Xero, MYOB, etc.;
• strong communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with people skills;
• an ability to recruit, train, motivate and mange other team members; and
• a commitment to continuous improvement.
