Fresh off the back of significant acquisitions, this ASX listed property group is expanding in the market to take advantage of its strong financial position. As a result they have created a new position for a Senior Accountant in one of their key divisions. The culture is fast-paced, growth-orientated, and engaging, you will be surrounded by smart, motivated people and have the chance to enjoy a long term challenging career.

Based in a high performing team, you will be responsible for accounting, taxation and broader finance responsibilities within a key portfolio.

Duties include:

• Monthly management accounting
• Assistance with board reporting
• Half and year end reporting and financial statements
• Monthly BAS/GST returns
• Various tax calculations and annual income tax returns
• Quarterly investor reporting
• Set up of newly acquired properties
• Business partnering with key stakeholders

You will be CA/CPA qualified or studying with 2+ years experience either in a Business Services/Audit role or in a Assistant Accountant position in another ASX listed business. The ability to multi-task, communicate effectively with business leaders, solve problems, use your initiative and the capacity to learn are all key.
