We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable team, overseeing invoicing, reconciling payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our finances. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency while contributing to the strategic goals of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing & Payment Reconciliation: Oversee and manage the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, ensuring that all payments are properly reconciled.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Financial Ownership: Take full responsibility for the company’s finances, including the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular financial reports to senior leadership and assist with strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role, with a focus on invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
