As the Engineering Manager, you'll drive the success of our engineering teams, providing leadership across strategic projects and ensuring we build resilient, high-performance systems. Your role will be central in guiding an agile team using modern tech like Python (Django), Angular, and AWS, while fostering an environment where engineers can grow and innovate.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, empowering them to deliver high-quality software aligned with our product and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to drive the development of new features for our core insurance platform.
• Oversee architecture and system design for scalability, reliability, and performance, using Python, Django, and cloud services.
• Champion engineering best practices, such as Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Set standards for code quality, security, and platform stability, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support and guide the team in incident response and troubleshooting, focusing on robust monitoring and logging.
• Drive projects that improve the user experience, platform resilience, and product innovation.
