Position: Engineering Manager - HV Substation & Transmission Lines

As the Engineering Manager, you will:

• Provide strategic direction in asset management and engineering integration for a multi-billion dollar infrastructure project.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with National Electricity Rules and high-voltage infrastructure requirements.
• Oversee post-IFC design updates, technical assessments, risk management, and design tracking.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between project objectives and asset management standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering function.
• Ensure project readiness for commissioning by coordinating with asset management and delivery teams.

What you bring as the Engineering Manager:

• Extensive experience in high-voltage substation and transmission line system design for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership in managing engineering and asset management teams on complex, multi-billion dollar projects.
• Strong technical expertise in transmission infrastructure, including compliance with industry standards and risk management.
• Experience working within a regulated utility environment or interfacing with asset management teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
