What you'll be doing

• Process and verify high volumes of invoices, preparation of weekly creditor batch payment and individual payments as required.
• Accurate data entry and management of database
• Managing multiple inboxes
• New vendor onboarding and maintenance according to company policy on credit applications.
• AP ledger reconciliation
• Credit card and month-end reconciliation
• Verify and process employee expenses and Credit Card expenses
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and resolving discrepancies
• Answering calls
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Proven working experience in a similar role and exposure to high-volume accounts payable environment
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• 2-3 years' Experience with accounting softwares.
• Computer literacy and medium to advance skilled with Excel.
• Qualification in finance or accounting highly regarded
