The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to lead and deliver success in our Major Loss & Complex Projects division. In this role, you will manage technical renovation projects valued between $50k and $1M within our Major Loss insurance division. These projects require a high level of precision, technical expertise, and a proactive, hands-on approach. Your Role

As a Site Manager/Foreman with AD, you will:

• Lead and oversee large-scale Major Loss & Complex Renovation Projects, ensuring excellence in delivery.
• Manage teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and insurers to uphold AD’s reputation for outstanding service.
• Implement innovative solutions to meet complex challenges while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing substantial residential or insurance Renovation Projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering superior craftsmanship.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and building strong client relationships.
• A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
• General Construction Induction Course/White Card (mandatory)
• Hold a valid Australian driver's license (mandatory)
• Project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
• Able to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group, including what it means to deliver excellent customer service
• Capable of running multiple projects, concurrently
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and stormwater plans
• Problem solving and working under pressure to meet deadlines
