Lawncare Technician

Lawncare 500 is looking for an experience Lawncare Technician, on a full-time basis to join our team.

We are specialist providers of lawn treatments and services, working in conjunction with homeowners and industry professionals alike to solve their Lawn issues.

SERVICES PROVIDED

· Annual Lawncare Programs

· Weed/Pest/Fungus Control

· Nutrient programs

· Wetting Agents and soil amendments

· Foliar trace element applications

· Reticulation audits and solutions

· NB. We do not provide mowing services.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Communicate and liaise with scheduled customers

· Identify weeds and pests and other lawn issues

· Recommend and apply suitable lawn treatments

· Accurately mix and apply lawn treatments

· Prepare and submit accurate records of work completed

· Maintain and organise the service of equipment and vehicles in your care.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Hold a C class drivers’ licence

· Hold or be willing to obtain a Pesticide operator’s licence from the WA Health Dept.

· Have good communication skills

· Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.

· Be self-motivated, polite and professionally presented.

· Demonstrate a high level of integrity

· Demonstrate on the Job initiative

· Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.

· Be able to work to a schedule and display excellent time management skills

· Be responsible and keen to learn.

· Be physically fit and enjoy working outside.

· Good self-presentation

· Ability to work well with a team as well as work autonomously

· Good written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills

· A good level of physical fitness and strength
