The Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for civil works, synthetic surfaces, landscape construction, and sports turf management projects. This role involves analysing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. The Senior Estimator will work closely with the project management team to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works, synthetic surfaces, landscape construction, and sports turf management projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with project estimates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide input on project planning and scheduling.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions.
• Review and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
