With the growing demand for eco-friendly landscaping, we’re expanding and looking for a Sustainable Landscaping Manager to lead projects from concept to completion. If you have strong hands-on skills, leadership experience, and a passion for sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role

As our Sustainable Landscaping Manager, you’ll take charge of a variety of projects, ensuring they’re executed efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

✅ Project Leadership – Oversee landscaping projects from planning to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and quality control.
✅ Hands-On Work – Lead by example, working alongside your team on hardscaping and softscaping tasks, including turfing, planting, irrigation setup, paving, decking, drainage, and more.
✅ Sustainable Design & Implementation – Integrate eco-friendly practices such as soil regeneration, composting, and biodiversity conservation into every project.
✅ Educational & Community Spaces – Design and construct learning environments, including educational gardens that promote horticulture and agriculture for young students.
✅ Team Leadership & Mentorship – Support and guide a team of landscapers, fostering a positive work culture and sharing your expertise.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after a skilled professional who’s as passionate about sustainable landscaping as we are. Ideal candidates will have:

• Hands-On Expertise – Strong technical skills in both softscaping (planting, irrigation, turfing) and hardscaping (retaining walls, concreting, paving, fencing, carpentry for decks and pergolas).
• Sustainability Knowledge – Experience in eco-friendly gardening, soil health improvement, water conservation, and biodiversity-friendly designs.
• Project & Team Management – Proven experience leading landscaping projects and teams, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
• Attention to Detail – A keen eye for detail to ensure exceptional craftsmanship in every project.
• Experience with Educational Spaces (Preferred) – Background in designing and constructing outdoor learning environments is a significant advantage.
• Qualifications – A background in horticulture, landscaping, environmental studies, or equivalent hands-on experience.
