We are looking for a receptionist (with the possibility to turn into the practice manager if all goes well) to join our busy multidisciplinary clinic in Ascot.
Everything moves at a fast pace and you must be able to adapt, make decisions on the go and work autonomously. Our perfect candidate would ideally tick all these boxes:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be able to time manage in a busy clinic
- Flexible with availability to work between the hours of 7-12am Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday or filling in for others when sick in the afternoons.
- Available between 20-25 hours per week
- Ability to prioritise work in a fast paced environment
- Meticulous with detail
- Be professional yet warm and friendly with patients
- Have the ability to work independently and show initiative
- Works well in a team environment
- Good computer skills Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Booking appointments
- Taking patient payments via cash, EFTPOS or health funds
- Shift settlements
- Scanning, uploading and filing documents
- Medical communications via email
- Stock ordering
- Upkeep of cleaning procedures within the clinic.
Whilst previous medical/health reception experience is advantageous, it is not essential however we would love you to have a true passion for health and wellness.
