About us

Adjust for Health is a friendly, vibrant Chiropractic and Allied health clinic located in Lyneham, ACT. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a casual Office Assistant/Receptionist. The role would be shared with one or two other office assistants, working separate shifts. Our clinic health team currently consists of chiropractic, play therapy and counselling.

  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential

Regular duties

  • Managing the computer-based appointment book
  • Receipting patients and managing phone bookings and queries
  • Maintain accurate patient files notes, including scanning, and electronically filing X-rays and patient reports
  • Preparing weekly banking, receipt collating and scanning
  • Occasionally minding children while their parents are with a chiropractor
  • Keeping the clinic clean and tidy

Hours Required

We are looking for someone available to commence this month. Shifts available are being finalised and have some flexibility, but between 10-12 hours of work will be available over 2-3 days in a typical week. This may include two shifts in a day as per our office hours (see below).

Clinic hours (typical, but may vary)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 am – 11:30 am. Some afternoons 2 pm – 6 pm

First Saturday each month 8am – 11:30 am
