Customer Service Specialist – Superannuation

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Member Services Team and provide exceptional service to new and existing members. If you have a passion for customer service, a background in financial services, and preferably RG146 certification or experience in a superannuation call centre, we want to hear from you!
Start Date: ASAP
Work Arrangement: 4 days work from home, 1 day in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries from members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong member-first approach.
- Provide accurate information on superannuation policies, contributions, withdrawals, and retirement options.
- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
- Investigate and resolve member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to improve processes.
Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a customer service/call centre role within financial services.
- RG146 certification or experience in a superannuation call centre preferred.
- Strong understanding of superannuation products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and educate members.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
