As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and support. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction, processing orders, and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer service and sales calls professionally
- Accurately process sales orders and provide product information
- Proactively up-sell and cross-sell on all orders
- Support Business Development Managers with sales-related tasks
- Conduct telemarketing and prospecting activities to new groups and potential distributors
- Participate in proactive telesales to new prospects and remote customers
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide detailed, accurate reports
- Work independently to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets
