About the Role
Under the guidance of the Operations Support Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Schedule technicians for customer visits, optimizing travel logistics for maximum productivity
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing procedures
• Manage purchase orders and procurement requirements
• Maintain precise and current data entry to uphold data integrity
• Assist with general administrative duties to bolster team efficiency

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role or operations support is highly advantageous
• Mandatory experience in scheduling and customer service within a fast-paced contact centre environment
• Knowledge of Pronto, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM systems is preferred but not essential, as well as experience working with MS Office – Excel
• Customer-centric mindset with a quick grasp of technical concepts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
• Capacity to follow direction and contribute effectively within a team
