  • Your role comes with a strong remuneration package made up of predominantly a base salary of between $110k-140k, depending on experience.

You role will include:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective communication
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular check-ins, site visits, and proactive service delivery.
  • Coordinate service requests, work orders, and job scheduling in collaboration with the job scheduling team.
  • Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations, addressing any issues or escalations promptly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs, objectives, and pain points.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, including service performance, completed works, and any recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend client meetings to review KPI & WHS matters.
  • Assist in preparing and negotiating client contracts or service agreements.
  • Conduct detailed backcosting analysis on all completed jobs, comparing estimated costs vs. actual costs (labour, materials, subcontractors, and other expenses).
  • Identify discrepancies between quoted and actual costs, highlighting any budget overruns or unexpected expenses.
  • Ensure all labour hours, materials, and subcontractor invoices are accurately entered into the job management system.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to ensure all jobs have been charged and invoiced accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotations for client approval.
  • Provide operational and technical support to onsite technicians.
  • Carry out routine toolbox talks and inspections with onsite technicians.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in account management within the plumbing facilities management industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing services and maintenance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of backcosting and job costing principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using job management software such as Simpro, AroFlo or similar.

  • Trade qualification in plumbing (essential)
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management (desirable but not essential).
  • Industry certifications such as White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces (advantageous)
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Demonstrated experience with job management software.
  • First Aid Certification (preferred).
