Join our team! MG Plumbing & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumbing Manager!

Our core business is plumbing made up of a crew of 10 plumbers, with a carpentry division of 5 with 20 staff in total.

Works performed will be overseeing and managing a maintenance crew who work within the body corporate, real estate, aged care, insurance, school maintenance and general maintenance client sector.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is experienced and confident in the following:

• Managing a crew of up to 8 employees
• Has a wide range of experience in plumbing and plumbing maintenance industry
• Excellent management skills and use of computer software (scheduling, ordering materials, client communication and emails)
• Good customer service and relationship building
• High standards in all aspects of work with attention detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and give direction to crew
• Must have a valid drivers license for company supplied vehicle
• Must be able to pass a OCHRE card and police check
• Must have the ability to meet dead lines and work under pressure reaching target KPI's
• Work hours are Monday to Friday 50 hours a week on average with occasional Saturday's as required
• Maintaining good and long term customer relationships
• Networking and seeking potential clients
• Understanding job costing and profits - managing your team to meet targets
• You must be organised and proactive in your role

You would be required to complete detailed plumbing reports for clients, training will be provided.
