Originally constructed in 1889, The Heritage is a locally and state heritage listed icon, and has been the centre piece of the local community for generations. Family owned for the past 24 years, it has established itself as the Illawarra's landmark live music venue, having hosted truly iconic Australian and international performance artists .

We are 6 months into trading after extensive renovations including a huge new kitchen, large indoor/outdoor dining areas and fully refurbished bar areas. Our growth has created the opportunity for a full time Chef de Partie to join our team.

We are looking for a passionate qualified Chef to come on this journey with us and to build a food business that will have not only the locals talking, but also make the hotel a destination venue for it's food as well as it's live music!
