Qualifications & experience:

• Essential: 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Advantageous: Passion for American cuisine with inspiration from other regions

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Work alongside and assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Support a dynamic kitchen team and work closely with the Front-of-House staff
• Maintain a high-level of quality and hygiene standards
• Uphold kitchen health and safety regulations and adhere to food preparation guidelines
• Foster professional communication and service among colleagues
