This financial services leader plays a critical role in maintaining market integrity and operational excellence. Their Risk and Compliance team is dedicated to protecting the license to operate, strengthening risk maturity, and ensuring best practice compliance across the Markets division.
Role Overview:
The Risk and Compliance Manager supports the Line 1 Risk & Compliance Partner in driving compliance maturity. This includes applying risk methodologies, facilitating compliance assessments, supporting risk profile reviews, and collaborating with subject matter experts to develop risk strategies. The role also involves advising on risk considerations in business planning and automation of risk reporting.
Skills & Experience:

• Background in Risk, Audit, or Compliance within Financial Markets or top-tier consulting firms.
• Experience in designing/testing controls and conducting regulatory/internal audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence risk culture.
• Experience in risk assessments, control testing, and compliance within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with financial products and risk governance frameworks is a plus.
