About the role

This full-time Distribution & Retail Sales Coordinator role at The Albert Brewery' based in Moonah, Tasmania, offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team. As the Distribution & Retail Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales and distribution of our award-winning independent beer products across Tasmania.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the processing and timely fulfilment of customer orders from our retail, on-premise and wholesale accounts
• Liaise with our distribution network to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of products to customers
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed to meet customer demand
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and managing customer information
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth. This Includes hosting tastings within retail outlets and hosting customer tours and tastings at the brewery

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in a sales, distribution or customer service role, ideally within the food and beverage industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn new software and systems
• Must hold a current driver's license
• A passion for independent beer and the local Tasmanian food and beverage scene
