Our client is a fast-growing coaching business that helps Accounting professionals scale their businesses through strategic marketing and delivery solutions. We’re excited to be hiring their first Appointment Setter to engage warm leads, qualify prospects, and book strategy calls for the team.
This role is a flexible part-time, 25 hours per week with performance incentives, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the business grows.

About the Role:
As an Appointment Setter, your role is to connect with inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and book strategy calls for the closing team. You’ll also engage in DM and chat-based outreach via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound & outbound prospecting via calls, DMs, and chat-based engagement
- Qualify leads through triage calls before handing them off to the closer
- Maintain CRM hygiene by tracking interactions, setting follow-up tasks, and optimising the pipeline
- Reduce no-show rates by ensuring prospects are well-prepared for booked calls
- Optimise messaging and engagement strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in remote sales, appointment setting, and/or lead qualification
- Ideally you have a background in professional services and understand how to connect with professionals
- You’re a winner…you can easily demonstrate how you go above and beyond in all areas of life
- DM or chat setting experience will be seen as highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- CRM proficiency with experience managing sales funnels (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
- Self-motivated, organised, and goal-driven with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a high-performance remote sales environment
