THE ROLE

Client Service Officer - Practice Compliance

We are keen to find our next Client Service Officer - Practice Compliance who will support General Practices through a crucial time in their accreditation cycle. If you are the following we want to hear from you today!

• experienced in providing excellent level of customer service
• ability to multi-task and prioritise

YOU WILL NEED

• High level of professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry
• A warm, friendly & professional phone manner with the ability to quickly develop rapport through any medium
• Ability to work autonomously and focus on achieving results
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Work well in a team environment and be a team player
• In all activities, demonstrate a pride in representing QPA and delivering on QPA's organisational values of quality, excellence and customer service

DETAILS

For the right applicant the role could be a minimum of 4 days per week through to full-time. It is based onsite in our Gundagai Head Office.
