Our client is a leading FMCG player who has grown exponentially in recent times and is passionate about providing high quality, sustainable products to it's customers. Due to it's sustained growth, this presents as a newly created role for an ambitious Strategy Analyst to join their team.

As the Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing and assessing strategic growth opportunities, market trends and potential acquisitions. Reporting to the CFO, you will support decision making by providing comprehensive research, market insights and financial analysis to evaluate new opportunities.

As part of your role, you will be involved in the following:

• Conduct extensive market analysis & feasibility studies, with scenario analysis
• Lead and support strategic projects, from inception to execution
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Support any prospective M&A activity
• Work closely with the CFO, CEO and broader leadership team across Sales & Operations to provide recommendations

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will ideally have 3-5 years' experience, preferably from a top tier consulting firm or in house strategy team. You will have a strong analytical expertise who demonstrates strong capabilities in complex problem-solving, using advanced analytical tools and techniques. Your ability to manage multiple projects and teams, along with colaborating cross-functional relationships will be crucial to your success. Lastly, you will be a strong and confident communicator who is able to deliver board-level presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
