Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, recommending further improvements as needed.

• Proven experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, or organizational improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management methodologies.
• Experience with technical documentation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and process optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of IT systems and tools (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365) is highly desirable.
