SAP Business Process Manager

• Contract: 18-Month FTC
• Salary: $130K - $140K + Super

Are you an experienced SAP Business Process Manager looking for your next challenge? Join us as we embark on a Greenfield SAP transformation project, where you'll play a key role in shaping business processes to align with SAP best practices. Working closely with our Systems Integrator (SI) and business stakeholders, you’ll lead a team of Business Process Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless process design and implementation.
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offering a competitive salary of $130K-$140K + Super and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business process design, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and organisational objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Process Analysts and SMEs.
• Work closely with technical teams and SI partners to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews, ensuring key business requirements are captured.
• Ensure adherence to governance and methodologies, challenging deviations from SAP best practices.
• Support all project phases, from design and build to testing, deployment, and hyper-care.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to process design and implementation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in business process management within SAP or ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP functionality and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise in facilitating workshops and documenting business processes.
• Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or migrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Preferred: Industry experience in publishing, rights management, or financial reporting.
