About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and driving system improvements through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business process automation, system integration, cybersecurity, and AI-driven analytics.

You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integration, compliance, and process efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

✅ Business Process Analysis & Optimization

• Gather and document business requirements to drive system improvements.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process enhancements.
• Work with AI-driven data analytics tools to generate business insights.

✅ System Integration & API Collaboration

• Define API integration requirements to enhance data flow across business systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth system interoperability.
• Ensure secure API integration that aligns with business needs and compliance regulations.

✅ Data-Driven Business Intelligence & Decision Making

• Utilize AI-powered analytics platforms to optimize business performance.
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Provide real-time data insights to support executive decision-making.

✅ Cybersecurity & Compliance Management

• Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Conduct business risk assessments and implement IT security best practices.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to enhance data security measures.

✅ Enterprise IT Transformation & Digital Innovation

• Support ERP & CRM system improvements (Salesforce, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business workflows.
• Assist in IT project management and digital transformation initiatives.

✅ Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
• Conduct training sessions and develop user manuals for new systems and processes.
• Oversee business system upgrades and process transitions.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s in Business Analytics, AI for Business, or Digital Transformation is preferred but not mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT systems, and process automation.
• Strong background in system integration, data analytics, and enterprise technology solutions.

Technical Skills & Business Process Expertise

• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Experience with ERP/CRM solutions (SAP Business One, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Understanding of API documentation and integration processes.
• Cybersecurity awareness & risk management expertise.
• Cloud-based business solutions experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
