Sales Team Member

Carlin & Gazzard is a well-established, family-owned vehicle dealership that has been serving Mount Gambier, South Australia, for 68 years. They are a multi-franchise dealership with a vast selection of pre-owned vehicles and 8 new car franchises.

C&G are currently seeking a Sales Team Member to join their growing new and pre-owned vehicle sales divisions. This role is ideal for someone with previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, but not essential.

About the Role:

• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including customer engagement, contract documentation, vehicle delivery, and follow-ups
• Assist with vehicle presentation, stock management, and advertising
• Create video and photo presentations to showcase vehicles
• Contribute to marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Work on a weekly roster, including some Saturday mornings

• IT and time management skills
• Previous retail or sales experience (highly regarded)
• Professionalism, integrity, and a high level of customer care
• A current Australian driver's licence
• Willingness to learn and adapt across different sales departments
