About the role

This full-time role focuses on meeting customer needs with a solution-driven approach, handling sales and technical inquiries, and following up on training leads. We’re seeking people who excel at building relationships, solving problems, and are motivated by a team environment. Experience with CRM tools is preferred, but we’ll provide on-the-job training.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
• Deliver tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to meeting team sales/support targets.
