As one of our highly valued Admin Assistants with our QUT Kelvin Grove centre, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly and continues to support children to become confident lifelong learners.

Working 10 hours per work, you’ll be a friendly first point of contact for visitors to our centre. You’ll assist with administrative and financial tasks, such as managing enrolment records, and contribute to our inclusive, kind and collaborative team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
