About You

You will be an ambitious Commercial/Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year PAE, looking to elevate your career and take your next step to be part of a major player. Candidates up to 3 years PAE should apply.

You will enjoy working across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including the below:

• Corporate business sales, mergers and acquisitions;
• Start-ups and structuring advice including shareholder and buy-sell agreements;
• Commercial and retail leasing;
• General contract advice, including drafting terms and conditions, supply agreements and consultancy agreements; and
• Franchising advice.

You will be driven by a commercial and entrepreneurial spirit and take pride in your technical abilities.
