Our client is a renowned boutique law firm embarking on an exciting transition in their practice, with a specialist Building & Construction Partner to work alongside in a 1:1 capacity - known for being a fantastic mentor and truly cares about the career trajectory of the junior lawyers in the practice.

This is a rare opportunity will see you working on both the front and back ends of construction matters gaining exposure to a diverse range of high-profile clients and complex matters, working with a client base of builders, property developers, engineers, and subcontractors. Your role will inlcude:

• Advising on contractual and commercial risks
• Working on litigated building and construction disputes including drafting pleadings, submissions, and other court and tribunal documents.
• Preparing detailed and comprehensive advice and evidence
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements

Additionally, you'll engage extensively with clients and will receive exceptional mentoring and the chance to advance your career with a structured career development pathway in place.
