Senior Associate – 5-8 years’ PAE

• Work with a top-tier international firm alongside a high-performing partner and established, prominent Corporate team.
• You will play an active role in driving corporate/M&A matters across industries including power, energy and resources and oil and gas.
• Significant opportunities for career progression with exposure to major clients including Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 companies, HNW individuals, corporate financiers and private equity firms - part-time or full-time options available.
  

Senior Associate / Special Counsel – 6-8+ years’ PAE

• Join a national firm and play a key role in managing a strong pipeline of high-calibre work, working alongside renowned Partners with international experience.
• Advise global private equity firms, multinational corporations, global mining companies, ASX-listed companies and HNW individuals across complex corporate/M&A transactions, cross-border deals, corporate restructuring, mining ventures, commercial arrangements, and ECM.

Associate / Senior Associate – 3 years’ PAE and 6-12+ years’ PAE

• Work with a specialist boutique firm alongside a top-tier Partner who represents international, Australian private, and publicly listed clients.
• Gain hands-on experience on large-scale matters including public company M&A, private equity, ECM, ASX, ASIC & Takeovers Panel matters, and corporate structuring and restructuring.

Commercial / Corporate/M&A Lawyer – 1-4 years’ PAE

• Join one of the biggest names in the corporate/M&A sector, advising international and high-profile clients with a strong pipeline of upcoming deals.
• With mentoring and support from senior lawyers, you will drive a diverse range of matters including share and asset sales, joint ventures, due diligence, trusts, equity investments, capital raisings, and corporate governance.
• Exposure to significant M&A deals and the chance to develop your client-facing and commercial skills.
