We are looking for a proactive and highly organised and flexible Workshop Administration Assistant to support our Workshop Manager in ensuring the seamless operation of our busy workshop. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Our workshop plays a critical role in our success, ensuring our equipment and operations meet the demands of complex projects. This position is an integral part of keeping our workshop and thus our broader business running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and match purchase orders with invoices
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organize essential documents
- Perform general administrative duties to support the workshop team
- Enter timesheets and subcontractor reports into company systems
- Scan, upload, print, and bind service manuals and other documents
- Manage emails and calendar scheduling for the Workshop Manager
- Communicate with suppliers and service providers, handling inquiries efficiently
- Organize workshop paperwork and maintain an orderly office space
- Run errands such as collecting supplies, getting lunch, milk or coordinating deliveries
- Utilise Assignar software, participating in training and webinars to enhance knowledge
- Assist with workflow improvements, offering suggestions for efficiency
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel
- A helpful individual that thinks outside the box
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- A valid driver’s license, as occasional errands may be required
- Familiarity with a blue-collar environment is advantageous
