Langton Property Services is a medium building maintenance company based in Adelaide looking for a second fix tradesperson to join our team for an immediate start. This position is ideally full time (8-4:30pm Monday-Friday), part time negotiable for the right person.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a varied range of tasks, has a can-do attitude & is adaptable to learn on the job. We work predominantly with SA's largest property managers; completing anything from small maintenance jobs, through to complete renovations for their rent roll.

Requirements:

• Possession of White Card
• Current drivers license
• Strong work ethic
• Current Police check
• Quick and keen learner
• Takes initiative working independently
• Trade licence desirable (not compulsory)
