St Benedicts Primary School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Grounds, Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to join its staff community. The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for leading the maintenance of our beautiful, expansive grounds, buildings and gardens, and be enthusiastic, energetic and enjoy working in the outdoors. They will have proven organisation abilities, a genuine interest in horticulture and facilities maintenance.
The successful applicant will be required to lead our team of Grounds Maintenance Officers ensuring a team approach to the work that is required. They should exhibit behaviour, through word and action, which reflects the Catholic ethos of the School, communicating effectively with all members of the community. They should have a commitment to upholding the importance of Workplace Health and Safety practices and carry out responsibilities to the best of their ability.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
