The "Product" you will be implementing
This role will see you implementing a custom insurance SaaS tool, like an ERP dedicated to the insurance industry which allow their customers to fully run their business.
Given the bespoke tooling there is a high degree of customisation out of the box, someone coming from a technical background such as coding, scripting or even a technical business domain looking at business logic will benefit this role.
Also, if you have a strong database understanding, familiarity with relationship databases, data modelling or languages such as SQL may find this highly beneficial in the position.
About the role
The Implementation Consultant takes part in all stages of the implementation life-cycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support), under the direction of the Delivery Manager. The role with be a mix of BA requirements and technical configuration of the system, either through the bespoke tool or using custom scripts.
Project responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting, and managing customer expectations, providing guidance, identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

Essential Functions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Provide Implementation Services to Customers
- Document and validate customer’s business requirements
- Configure the application to meet the customer’s business requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document meeting minutes
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
- Able to configure complex bespoke software platform to suit customers needs
- Strong technical background or logical mindset, coding, scripting etc all welcome
Highly Desirable
- Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment.
- Highly desirable to have experience in Insurance
