Salary Sacrifice

About the BRIDGêS Program
The BRIDGêS Program provides practical, trauma-informed support to children, young people, and their foster and kinship carers. We focus on building strong personal connections and delivering consistent, compassionate care to ensure the best outcomes.
Through relationship-based support, BRIDGêS offers:
- Home Support – Tailored assistance within the home environment.
- Education Support – Supervision and academic assistance during school hours.
- Social Skills Development – Opportunities for engagement in recreational and extracurricular activities.
- Transport Assistance – Help with transportation to essential appointments and activities.
- Facilitated Family Contact – Support for meaningful and positive family interactions.
About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interest for a passionate and dedicated Team Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for BRIDGêS services. This role is pivotal in driving program development, enhancing support practices, and fostering a cohesive, high-performing team.
As Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative programs aligned with organisational goals.
- Promote a positive team culture and encourage professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet the needs of children, young people, and carers.
- Provide hands-on support, including guidance in complex cases.
Location & Travel
The position is based at Kenmore Campus, with flexibility considered for the right candidate. Regular travel across Queensland is required to support teams, oversee service delivery, and strengthen regional connections.
Who We're Looking For
If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years’ experience in child and family services, preferably in statutory care.
- Knowledge of child protection frameworks, trauma theory, and family violence legislation.
- Strong training, coaching, and advisory skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and service excellence.
Essential Requirements
- Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.
- Possess Working with Children (Blue Card) – or the ability to acquire.
- Possess Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire
