About the Role

As a Pool Tiler, you will be responsible for laying and finishing tiles in swimming pools, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, waterproofing, and design precision. This role requires extensive experience in pool tiling, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay and secure high-quality tiles for swimming pools to design specifications.
• Prepare surfaces, apply adhesives, and ensure proper waterproofing techniques.
• Cut and shape tiles to fit curved and complex pool surfaces.
• Grout and seal tiles for a long-lasting and water-resistant finish.
• Work closely with project managers and tiling teams to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain premium finishes.
• Maintain a clean and organised worksite, following OH&S standards.
• Participate in daily toolbox and safety meetings.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Pool Tiler (essential).
• Strong understanding of pool tiling techniques, waterproofing, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance.
• Manual driver’s licence.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in high-end residential and commercial pool tiling.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
