Role Overview: As a Swimming Pool Installation Trainee, you will assist in the installation of fiberglass swimming pools. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, and you will be a key part of our construction team, ensuring high-quality installations that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of swimming pool installation

Perform plumbing work related to swimming pool systems

Determine levels and datum points for pool installation

Engage in manual tasks such as hand digging, shoveling, and moving materials

Prepare sites for installation

Build filtration systems and install pool equipment

Support team members as needed based on experience and the installation schedule

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in installing fiberglass swimming pools or filtration setup is advantageous but not mandatory

Possession of a Construction White Card

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Reliable utility vehicle and a current driver’s license

Unrestricted working rights in Australia
