About the Role

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for all onsite plumbing work associated with swimming pool construction, including installations, maintenance, and compliance with industry standards. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out pool plumbing installations and related construction tasks.
• Ensure all plumbing work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, and suppliers to coordinate materials and project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of plumbing activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Identify and implement problem-solving strategies to address construction challenges.
• Participate in daily toolbox and safety meetings.
• Adhere to OH&S policies and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient worksite.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in swimming pool plumbing (essential).
• Strong understanding of construction plumbing and site operations.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow construction plans.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
• Valid plumbing licence.
• Manual driver’s licence.

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in swimming pool or large-scale construction plumbing.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
