About the role

As a Qualified Roof Tiler at LA Roofing, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of roofing tiles on residential properties in the Melbourne Metro area, based in Pakenham. This full-time position is a key role that contributes to the successful delivery of high-quality roofing services for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately measuring and preparing roof surfaces for tile installation
• Safely installing roofing tiles using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Repairing or replacing damaged or worn roofing tiles
• Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and customer specifications
• Collaborating with other tradespeople on site to coordinate roofing activities
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout each project
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

• Completion of an accredited roof tiling apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a roof tiler
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards of workmanship
• Excellent time management, organisational skills and reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as taking on leadership roles when required.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Current driver's licence and reliable transportation.
